6 Setting Responsible Limits

8 Self-Exclusion

To request self-exclusion:

2. Specify the exclusion period: 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanent.
3. Your account will be closed immediately and your data flagged.
4. Remaining balances will be withdrawn within 5 business days.

At the end of the self-exclusion period, account reactivation requires a deliberate request from the player and a minimum 24-hour reflection period before access is restored.
