1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SatSport24 (satsport24.com) or any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services immediately.

2 Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age — services are strictly for adults only.
• Reside in a jurisdiction where online cricket gaming is legal and permitted.
• Not be listed on any government watchlist or sanctions list.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing SatSport24 is legal in your jurisdiction. SatSport24 is not liable for legal consequences arising from use in prohibited jurisdictions.

3 Account Registration & Security

When registering for a Cricket ID, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
• Take responsibility for all activities under your account.

Each user is permitted only one account. Multiple accounts per person are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4 Our Services

SatSport24 provides Cricket IDs for platforms offering live cricket markets (IPL, T20, ODI), live casino games (Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Roulette, Baccarat), and online slots.

We act as a Cricket ID provider and agent. The gaming platform is operated by a third-party provider. We are not responsible for losses, technical issues, or disputes on the gaming platform itself. SatSport24 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

5 Bonus & Promotional Offers

Our IPL Welcome Bonus and all promotions are subject to:

• The 50% Welcome Bonus applies to new users on their first deposit only.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• SatSport24 reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions without notice.
• Bonus abuse or multi-account creation to claim bonuses will result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
• All bonus offers carry expiry dates as stated in the offer terms.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: Minimum ₹500. Accepted via UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, IMPS, and NEFT. Only deposit from your own registered payment methods — third-party deposits are prohibited.

Withdrawals: Minimum ₹500. Processed within 5–30 minutes during business hours. All withdrawals may be subject to identity verification. SatSport24 reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending fraud investigation.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using false identity information
• Manipulating or exploiting bonus systems
• Using automated bots or scripts to interact with our platform
• Engaging in match-fixing or any cheating activity
• Money laundering or use for illegal financial activities
• Sharing or reselling your Cricket ID to third parties
• Harassing or threatening support staff

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

8 Limitation of Liability

SatSport24 shall not be liable for damages arising from your use of our services, gaming losses on third-party platforms, unauthorized account access, technical errors, or third-party payment processor failures.

9 Account Termination

SatSport24 may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, provide false information, or if required by legal authorities. You may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team.

10 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of our services complies with all local, state, and national laws in your jurisdiction.

11 Amendments to Terms

SatSport24 may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
